Mimi believed that no one should ever go hungry, and that family is the root of everything. Those words weren't just something she said — they were the way she lived. She fed people. She gathered people. She made everyone who walked through her door feel seen, loved, and full.

When Malon watched communities in Liberia go without food even after receiving masks and supplies, it was Mimi's voice he heard. Her conviction that hunger is never acceptable became the seed of Hydroponic Hub™ — a mission to grow food where it's needed most.

Every crop planted, every young person trained, every community fed through DCMO carries her spirit forward. This page is dedicated to her memory, her legacy, and the love that started it all.
